What will you do?

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic team player for Team Basalt. You should communicate easily and embrace new challenges. Your eagerness to learn will help you integrate quickly into the team and stay updated on the latest techniques. Team Basalt focuses on creating a single source of truth from various data sources, approaching this task with energy and humor.

Emerging from a demand for cross-team services, Team Basalt is responsible for developing reliable foundations for congestion management. Being in its developmental phase, the team offers many opportunities and freedom.

Your responsibilities will include solving data and innovation challenges using the agile method. You'll transform data into actionable information by combining various data sources. Your expertise in data modeling, ETL, and SQL will be crucial while familiarizing yourself with the Enexis Data Platform.

What experience do we expect?

• A university (WO) or university of applied sciences (HBO) degree (e.g., Computer Science or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of experience in data modeling, ETL, and SQL.
• Proficient in Dutch, both verbal and written.

Over de klant:

De opdrachtgever is 1 van de 6 regionale netbeheerders in Nederland. Haar belangrijkste taak als netbeheerder is het aanleggen en onderhouden van het gas- en elektriciteitsnet in in Noord-, Oost- en Zuid-Nederland. Ook zorgen ze voor het transport van energie.

Eisen:

Additional preferred experience:

• Experience with Matillion and Snowflake is a big plus.
• Familiarity with PowerBI (reporting).
• Experience processing large amounts of (streaming) data.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering/netbeheer.
• Proficiency in GIT.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Snowpipe and Snowflake tasks.
• Knowledge of the AWS platform and AWS Monitoring.
